Sara has been practicing massage since 2007. Her areas of knowledge are in the realms of Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (more specifically Triggerpoint Therapy and Myofascial Release), Deep Tissue massage, & Lomi Lomi massage. Her greatest amount of time and focus has been given to the therapeutic techniques of Triggerpoint combined with Myofascial Release, in order to more fully release and relax the muscles. Additional specialized tools may also be used such as Guasha, Cupping, and Nei Gong Hwa Jing to release tension on a deeper level.

Therapeutic Massage
Focused work on painful, problem areas. Any combination of techniques is used to achieve optimum tissue release. This can be anything from Deep Tissue to Neuromuscular techniques.
Prenatal Massage
A massage specific to the needs of the pregnant woman where specific positioning is used to accommodate the changing body throughout the trimesters. Intended for both relaxation as well as relief from the aches and pains of pregnancy.
