Nei Gong Hwa Jing

Nei Gong Hwa Jing , or “Inner Circle of Mysterious Power”, is a gentle technique that I often incorporate into my massage, but it can also be a stand-alone technique. I use this method to release tension in the muscles without having to dig deep and cause discomfort and subsequent soreness. It is simple, yet very effective, and people often find it very relaxing, to the point that they feel they are melting into the table. Nei Gong Hwa Jing is also great for areas of injury, whether acute or chronic, and can also be used to clear emotional and spiritual issues.
